The Bandidos are involved in drug trafficking, prostitution, contract murder, fencing, extortion, stealing and running weapons, welfare and bank fraud, and arson. The bikers make most of their money manufacturing and selling methamphetamine. Club members and associates who are pilots smuggle drugs and guns across the border and state lines."

Bikie gang ban at Kings Cross clubs under attack: "Banning bikie gang members from Kings Cross clubs would be impossible to enforce because of their close ties with the security industry, the opposition's police spokesman, Mike Gallacher, has warned.
Mr Gallacher said police had told him security at as many as half of licensed venues in the CBD was run by organisations with direct links to bikie gangs.
''It's the worst-kept secret in town that crowd control at these places is run by outlaw motorcycle gangs,'' Mr Gallacher said."

Jeffrey Grabman is the government’s main witness in the racketeering trial of Outlaws national president Jack Rosga of Milwaukee and four other current or former biker gang members. Rosga is being retried after his first trial last month ended in a hung jury. His co-defendants are being tried for the first time.
Federal prosecutors allege that the Outlaws committed a series of violent crimes, primarily in an attempt to gain an advantage over the rival Hell’s Angels. Defense attorneys say the government is trying to justify the expense of a two-year investigation by hyping a few isolated bar fights and other incidents as the work of a well-organized crime machine.
Grabman, an agent with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, testified that he infiltrated the Mongols motorcycle club in Baltimore for a separate investigation before joining the Outlaws. He said the Outlaws were looking to expand into the Richmond area before the Hell’s Angels could."

killed former biker: police: "Nova Scotia RCMP allege a well-known Hells Angels member is responsible for killing a former biker who has been missing for 11 years.
Documents filed at provincial court in Truro Thursday state that police think Jeffrey Albert Lynds killed Randy Mersereau, who disappeared in October 1999.
Last May, Lynds was arrested in Truro and flown to Montreal to face two charges of first-degree murder in another case. Lynds is charged with killing a hit man and a bystander outside a McDonald's restaurant in Montreal last January.
Lynds has pleaded not guilty to both charges. He will be back in a Montreal courtroom on Jan. 11."
